Job Description

HR cum Admin Officer (Basic up to $2800 / AWS + Bonus / 5 days / Office hrs / Loyang / Urgent)

Basic up to $2800

AWS + Bonus (depend performance)

Monday - Friday (8am - 545pm)

Loyang (company transport pvd at Bedok and Tampines)

Job Scope :- 

• Process payroll using Easypay software for around 50 headcounts.

• IR8A submission, IR21 tax clearance.

• Perform work pass administration such as applications, renewals, cancellations and issuance.

• Preparation and submission of government labour surveys.

• Handle Foreign worker levy waiver, government childcare/maternity claim.

• Update of HR related SOPs & prepare HR letters

• Prepare documents for staff annual performance appraisal.

• Responsible for full recruitment process from job posting till on-boarding.

• Manage staff insurance & claim (WICA, foreign worker insurance).

• Handle workers’ enquiry such as salary matters and grievances if any.

• Assist with administrative duties such as renewing of company’s licenses

• Assist in company welfare matters

• Manage and coordinate travel arrangements of Directors and Sales Team

• Provide secretarial support to management when necessary

• Assist in other duties assigned by supervisor as and when necessary.
