We are working with a European MNC in Engineering in search for an adaptable HR Executive to work with the HR team.
The Opportunity:
Permanent role
Monday - Friday
Central
This is a newly created HR Executive position and the incumbent will support the following responsibilities.
Day to day HR operations, including HR Shared Services
Manage HR Analytics and reporting
Support compliance reporting, EHS initiatives, and conduct safety audits
Support the coordination for Compensation and Benefits
Involved in Special Projects and Strategic Initiatives
The Talent:
Degree in HR or related studies
At least 5 years of hands-on HR experience
Experience in EHS initiatives
