HR Assistant Manager (Construction Industry)
Location : Tuas South Street (Bus nearby)
Working hours : 5 days a week - 9:00 am - 5:45 pm (Monday - Friday)
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5300 + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
Support recruitment activities: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding
Assist manpower planning and hiring coordination with management and project teams
Administer performance management processes: appraisals, goal tracking, reviews, and talent data support
Coordinate training and development programs, certifications, and training records
Support employee engagement activities, internal communications, and HR policy administration
Maintain HR systems (HRMS), employee records, and prepare basic HR reports and metrics
Provide office and administrative support: facilities, IT coordination, digital tools, and basic branding updates
Assist payroll processing, benefits administration, work pass management, and statutory compliance (CPF, IRAS, MOM)
Requirements:
Degree in HRM, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field
Minimum 6 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or EPC industries
Strong hands-on experience in building and implementing HR processes
Core HR competencies in recruitment, performance management, L&D, employee relations, and HQ support
Good knowledge of Singapore labour laws, CPF, MOM processes, and Fair Consideration Framework (FCF)
