The Opportunity HR Ops Executive (Up to 3800, East, 1 Year)

Opportunity to work with one of the global leader in materials engineering solutions, within the semiconductor industry

Location: East (Upper Changi)

Contract: 1 year

Salary: up to SGD 3800 (subjected to experience)

The Talent

Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Responsible, energetic, and positive in attitude.

Strong team player who is self?motivated and attentive to details.

Comfortable working in a high?volume, fast?paced environment.

Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Good interpersonal and communication skills in English.

Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Talent systems) is an advantage

The Job

Manage onsite interviews for candidates and interviewers.

Prepare and issue offer letters, transfer letters, and onboarding packages.

Create and maintain new hire e?files and physical files; ensure all documents are collected.

Initiate work pass applications through appointed vendors.

Respond to employee enquiries and liaise with insurance brokers when required.

Facilitate claims relating to incidents such as accidents or work injuries.

Consolidate monthly payroll?related information.

Provide onsite support for training sessions (logistics, materials, catering).

Process HR service tickets.

Generate reports (statutory, weekly headcount, and others as needed).

Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.

Participate in HR projects and process improvements.

Organize HR team events and staff engagement activities.
