Location: Tuas
Salary: $2500 to $3400
Working hours: Mon to Fri - 815am to 530pm
Job Scope :-
• Employment and personal information management
• Expense Management
• Tax Administration and certification
• Compilation of expat income date and annual income data for tax filing
• Claims Management
• Administration and Briefing on Salary Matters and Contract terms and Conditions
• Visa application and purchase of insurance
• Ad Hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements :-
• Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Relevant working experience in Administration and Human Resource
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Microsoft Office, especially Excel and power point
