Salary :-

• Monday to Friday

• 8:30am to 6:00pm

Contract Duration :- 

• 3 months contract to permanent

Job Description :- 

• Assisting customer service staff with duties.

• Assist in processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

• Supervise the daily CS business operation.

• Able to lead and train customer service staffs with the relevant soft skills, knowledge about the product and service

• Facilitate investigation and solving customer service complaints

• Maintaining documentation pertaining to customer service department activities.

• Admin related duties pertaining to CS team performance, Incident reports,

• Other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements :- 

• Singaporeans only

• Call center experience is advantageous
