Job Responsibilities
Conduct survey interviews by phone calls; and/or personal visit
Data entry for completed surveys and conduct data verification on completed surveys to ensure the data is accurate and reliable
Conduct phone calls to respondents for verification and clarification of data
Attend to incoming calls through the relevant hotlines
Job Requirements
N/O/A levels or Diploma in any field
Must be comfortable in making outgoing calls to conduct survey interviews
Prior experience in Call-Centre or phone interviewer/surveyor will be advantageous
Independent and self-motivated to achieve KPIs given
Working Location - Novena
Working Hours - Weekdays, 830am - 6pm
Salary and Benefits
APPROX $3000 GROSS ($3000 basic +$100 incentive.) GOOD CAREER PROGRESSION.
1 month of completion bonus after the 1 year contract
14 days of Annual Leave
Yearly salary increment base on working performance
