Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:30pm) / Alternate Saturday ( 8:30am to 12:30pm)
Tuas ( Walking Distance from MRT)
Basic $2200 - $2600
Yearly Performance Bonus
Job Responsibilities :-
• Update Container Transport Operation on job status
• To coordinate all logistics activities to meet clients requirements
• Coordinate between warehouses, shipping agents, customers and etc.
• Established good relationship with customers and ensure internal workflow is smooth
• Handle import and export operation
• Perform operational policies, standard and procedures
• Handle customer’s enquiries
• Monitor cargoes handling schedules to ensure timelines are complied with
• Perform acceptance of cargo according to industry standard and sector requirements
• Perform cargo acceptance documentation and handle customs clearance processing accordingly to industry standard or sector requirements
Job Requirements :-
• Competent IT skills
• Have a passion for numbers
• Basic MS Office skills
