Telemarketing Representative

working hours: 9 - 6pm; Mon - Fri

Location: Changi Business Park

Salary: $2792 + Annual Discretionary Performance Incentive

Duration: 12 months (renewable)

Note: Paid 1 month training (basic)

Discretionary peformance incentive - based on multiple factors such as sales performance, team player, attendance, etc and will be evaluated by the manager accordingly

• Acquire new and existing customers for loans, balance transfer facilities and credit card through outbound calling

• Handle follow up on income documents and assist in loan amount calculations based on the customer's annual income package

• Report directly to team manager in implementing sales and service strategies to achieve targets

• Handle pre-sales and post sales queries

• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Description :- 

The RO is responsible in servicing and offering Fund Transfer Program through Balance Transfer and Installment Loans activities to existing customers in the bank. The person will have to explain to customers the different types of loans available, possess strong communication skills to convince customers to take up and provide good customer service.
