Our client is an established company specialising in Biomedical and Manufacturing. They are expanding and growing at a fast pace and now looking to hire a Production Manager to support the growth. They are located in the West – easily accessible.
The Responsibles of Production Manager will include :-
Oversees allocation of human resources and packaging materials to achieve timely customer deliveries.
Directs production planning to efficiently utilize resources for customer order fulfillment.
Collaborates with other department heads to achieve common company objectives.
Maintains precise inventory control on the production shop floor.
Ensures safety and proper housekeeping practices in the production shop floor.
Champions ongoing enhancements in production packaging processes.
Ensures adherence to ISO procedures, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
Undertakes any additional responsibilities assigned by superiors or management.
Requirements :-
At least 10 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing setting
Minimum Diploma
