Location: Tanjong Pagar

Working hours: 09:00 to 17:30 (Monday to Friday)

Salary: up to $5,500

Our client is a leading Japanese gas and energy company, with a trading arm in machinery for the semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries. Reporting to the Finance Director, they are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities :-

~ Process payments, receipts, journal vouchers, and other documents in financial transactions

~ Preparation of full set of financial statements, such as P&L, Balance Sheet, and bank reconciliations

~ Perform monthly financial closing activities and generate reports for the parent company

~ Provide necessary data for consolidation purposes at the parent company quarterly

~ Be the main point of contact for banks and financial institutions

~ Preparation of tax computation, GST declaration and income tax filing

~ Act as the primary contact for external auditor and coordinate all audit-related activities

~ Process payroll, prepare and submit CPF contributions and yearly IR8A submission

~ Any adhoc duties as assigned by the management

Job Requirements :-

~ 5 years of experience in accounting

~ Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and regulations

~ High level of accuracy and attention to detail

~ Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
