Salary Range : Up to S$3,500 Per month

Responsibilities :-

~ Key the invoices by allocating to the proper general ledger and cost centres

~ Key the journal entries and allocate them correctly

~ Key customer payments

~ Prepare payment to suppliers and employees for their travel expense and transfer the wire to the bank

~ Post the expense accounts of employees by allocating to the proper general ledger and cost centres

~ Check, control and justify all the supplier accounts

~ Check, control and justify all the customer accounts (through aged balance for example)

~ Check the accuracy of the income statement

~ Check, control and justify some balance sheet accounts

~ Ensure all the mandatory tax declarations to be done locally respecting the legal deadlines

~ Manage the accuracy of the accruals

~ Creates accounts payable

~ Manage the intercompany reconciliation

~ Manage the accountancy of the inventories (including write offs)

~ Manage the incoterms adjustments

~ Monitor projects involving capital investments

~ Calculate sales commissions for subsidiaries

~ Responsible for the general accouting for the balance sheet and the Profit and Loss account

~ Responsible for the auxiliary accounts (suppliers, customers) for the balance sheet and the Profit and Loss account

~ Responsible for accounting for the fixed assets

~ Responsible for cost control and for the monthly closing of accounts in local and IFRS standards

~ Analyze production costs and provide insights to improve cost efficiency.

~ Provide auditors with audit schedules

~ Justify the main restatements on the closing of accounts

Requirements :-

~ Min Diploma in accounting or its equivalent

~ 2 years of relevant experience

~ Proficient in MS Office application
