Position: Business Development Executive
Well Established Employment Agency & Human Resource Consultancy Firm
5 Days Work Week (9:00am – 6:00pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + Uncapped Commission
Outpatient Medical Benefit Provided
Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities :-
Researching and identifying new leads and business prospects via various platforms.
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads, understanding their recruitment needs.
Achieve monthly sales target set by the Management.
Requirements :-
Minimum Diploma in any business-related discipline.
At least 1 year of sales and marketing experience.
Self-motivated, result driven, confident and ability to work independently.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
