Our client is a tier 1 global energy trading firm that has been expanding their footprint rapidly over the last 3 years. As part of their continuous expansion plan and their constant investment in enhancing technology and digitalization, they are looking to add a new headcount into the Technology Innovation Team.

They are seeking someone with great SAP Analytics Cloud and dashboard technology experience to join the team.

As a Specialist in Interactive Dashboards, you will utilize your proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and your comprehension of energy trading operations to create, implement, and oversee interactive dashboard reports and visualization tools. Your role will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders to grasp their data requirements, devising user-friendly solutions to meet these needs, and crafting visually captivating and insightful content to facilitate effective decision-making and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities :-

SAP Analytics Cloud

Work with stakeholders to identify and comprehend business needs for data analysis and reporting within energy trading.

Develop, refine, and upgrade interactive dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud and other relevant technologies.

Analyze extensive datasets to pinpoint trends, patterns, and irregularities affecting energy trading operations.

Execute data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data for analysis.

Assist in various SAP enhancement endeavors.

Generate and deliver comprehensive reports, visualizations, and executive summaries to key stakeholders.

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the integrity of data, system performance, and prompt availability of necessary data.

Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics and dashboarding.

Requirements :-

SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) experience is a must.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance) or equivalent practical experience.

Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud and other dashboard technologies to develop interactive visualizations and reports.

Sound understanding of energy trading operations, including familiarity with key performance metrics and market dynamics.

Competence in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, etc.

Strong grasp of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.

Capacity to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Previous experience in the energy trading industry is highly advantageous.
