Location: Tanjong Pagar

Hours: Mon - Fri (10am - 7pm)

Salary: up to $3700 per month (based on qualification and experience)

Responsibilities :-

Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

Utilize accounting software to streamline process

Liaise with other departments to obtain necessary financial information

Accurately process employee salary, ensuring compliance with local payroll regulations

Maintain organized databases for accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll transactions.

Ensuring the security and confidentiality of all accounts / payroll data

Basic knowledge on Singapore labour laws and tax regulations to ensure accurate payroll processing

Prepare and file payroll income tax reports and other regulatory filings as required

Generate payroll reports

Work closely with the finance team to support month-end and year-end closing processes

Collaborate with HR to ensure seamless integration between payroll and personnel records

Requirements :-

Singaporean only

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in accounting

Minimum of 2 year’s working experience in payroll processing & general accounting
