Your new role as a credit control officer would require you to:
~ Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and resolve disputes
~ Issue reminder letters
~ Attend to queries pertaining to Billings & Collections
~ Prepare credit & debit note
You will need :-
~ A Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent
~ Relevant experience in credit control
~ Proficient in MS office
