Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 5.30pm

Responsibilities :-

~ Co-ordinate and make delivery arrangement of lubricating oil for ships

~ Co-ordinate and gather information of bunker oil for ships

~ Respond to customer enquiries on product availability and pricing enquiries.

~ Attend to urgent customers’ enquiries after office hours

~ Verify products and pricing accuracy, endorse and acknowledge receipt of orders.

~ Liaise closely with supplier for timely deliveries

~ Monitor deliveries and notify customers of estimated delivery dates; continuously monitoring of backorders

~ Investigate into customer feedback and coordinate response to customer following the investigation

~ May need to attend ships at terminal/anchorage

~ Key in order transactions into system with accuracy by the stipulated deadline

~ To build strong business relationships with customers and suppliers

~ Liaise with various departments on customers’ enquiries on products

~ Maintain records and references for internal and external audit

~ Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements :-

~ Candidate must have minimum Diploma qualification

~ Candidate must have Minimum 3 years of experience in marine products such as bunker and/or Lubricant oil

~ Candidate with Fluency in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.

~ Candidate must be Meticulous and attention to details
