Our client is a listed company in metal products fabrication. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Finance Manager to be part of their Finance Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Duties of Finance Manager :-

~ Oversee group-wide financial activities, including consolidation, reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and financial analysis.

~ Prepare materials and reports for Board, Audit, and Committee Meetings, ensuring accurate and timely information delivery.

~ Collaborate on the financial year-end process, coordinating with all Group entities for reporting and Group financial statement preparation.

~ Manage tax-related tasks, encompassing quarterly GST filing, corporate tax computation, and transfer pricing compliance.

~ Monitor and report deviations in revenue and expenses, analyzing key value drivers.

~ Identify and address internal control weaknesses, proposing measures to enhance control effectiveness.

~ Support the implementation of a new ERP system and facilitate process harmonization across the Group.

~ Act as a liaison with auditors, financial institutions, government agencies, company secretary, tax, and accounting agents.

~ Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements :-

~ Degree in Accounting

~ 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience
