HR Assistant Required in Singapore


Job Description

Job Scope :-

~ Handle full spectrum of HR function

~ Application, renewal and cancellation of foreign worker passes

~ Prepare all employment-related documents, eg. employment contact, letter etc

~ Support a full spectrum of payroll function including bonus, ad-hoc pay and other allowances on a monthly/ bi-monthly basis. (360 to 380 Headcount)

~ Document HR actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records

~ Compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping

~ Maintaining employee files and HR filing system

~ Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned

~ Experience with Payroll software (InfoTech) knowledge is an advantage

Requirements :-

~ Can start work immediate (from 21 March 2024 onwards) (minimum 6 months to 1 Year Contract)

~ At least 1 years HR working experience

~ Able to work independently

~ Computer literate

~ Willing to learn

~ Able to handle Microsoft office and excel
