My client is a global education platform that offers consultancy services to help students maximise their potentials in a highly competitive landscape. With tailored expertise, their business has grown exponentially over the years, an increasing presence across global markets. The team is looking for a Global Financial Controller to head up the finance function, with plans to list in the future.

Job Description :-

Reporting to the CEO, you will be :-

~ Responsible for full spectrum finance, including forecast, budgets, consolidate for the global portfolio

~ Business partner with C-Suite to provide financial insights and analysis to drive strategic planning and business growth

~ Develop financial models to assess investment opportunities, lead due diligence efforts for potential M&A

~ Play a key role capital fund raising activities, prepare presentation decks for investors

~ Lead system implementation of Netsuite, streamline reporting and drive operational excellence

The Successful Applicant :-

~ Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Business, CA/CPA qualified with over 8 years of working experience

~ Strong foundation gained with a professional accounting firm, e.g. Big 4, prior to commercial experience with high growth sectors, startups etc.

~ Technically strong, high potential individuals with tenacity to excel and thrive in a fast-paced environment

~ Proven experience as a strong business partner, strategic stakeholder management

~ Self starter, autonomous navigation in start up, comfortable with remote reporting
