We are a centrally located boutique recruitment firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on a Accounts and Admin Executive who can help support us through the next phase of the growth and development roadmap.
Duties :-
~ Assist in all accounting matters and responsible for monthly accounting reconciliation
~ Responsible for all payroll functions in the organization
~ Data entry for maintenance of proper filing system, ensuring all records are in proper order
~ Prepare monthly statement claims, GST, CPF and related bills
~ Involved in HR duties such as but not limited to, work pass application, payroll processing and maintenance of Employee files
~ Perform general administrative duties
~ Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements :-
~ Diploma / Degree in Accounts / HR / Admin related field
~ At least 1 year of relevant experience in Accounting firm
~ Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
~ Proficient in Microsoft Excel
