Responsibilities :- 

~ Prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for railway projects.

~ Perform quantity take-off and prepare cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and equipment.

~ Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate measurement and costing of project activities.

~ Conduct site visits and inspections to gather data for cost evaluation.

~ Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities.

~ Manage and monitor project budgets and cash flows.

~ Prepare and submit claims and variations to clients and subcontractors.

~ Provide regular cost reports and updates to project management.

Requirements :- 

~ Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying.

~ 1-2 years of experience in quantity surveying for railway/trackwork projects.

~ Proficient in MS Office Applications
