Support administrative requirements of business and required by the HR Manager and/or Office Manager
Support travel plan calendar
Accurate and timely planning/preparation for all VISA applications
Expenses claim administration and compliance
Admin support to associates for assistance as needed in general
Back up support to Office Manager as situation requires
The Requirements :-
Min Diploma with 2-3 years of relevant working experience
Proficient in MS Office
Good communication and interpersonal skills
