Position Title: Account Executive

Location: Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park

Working Days: Mon - Fri, 5 days

Working Hours: 9.00am – 6.15pm

Job Description :- 

Fulfil financial schedule provide financial assistance to Manager, Finance & Admin in supervising company’s financial and spending procedure within the protocols and report departments progress pertaining to financial matters.

Work closely with Manager, Finance & Admin in managing day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.

Reconcile financial statements and accounts to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.

Responsible to prepare comprehensive financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Responsible in budgeting and forecasting processes, analysing financial data to assist in planning and resource allocation.

Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Ensure debtors payments by cheques are banked in promptly.

Liase with logistics for stock shipment arrangement.

Keep accounting records and documents in complete set, including proper filling and labelling.

LIase with external auditors and tax agent.

Attend to all ad-hoc jobs upon instructions of superior.

Qualifications :- 

Degree in Accounting/Finance/Taxation or other accounting-related fields.

Preferably 3 to 4 years’ experience related field.

Technical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
