Work Office Location : North (Accessible by BUS/MRT)
Working Hours : Mon – Fri, 830am – 6pm, Alternate Sat: Half day
Main Responsibilities
Provide advisories to facilitate the employment of both local and foreign manpower in Singapore, handling claims and complaints regarding employment and related disputes etc.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of any new/change information to ensure accurate advice are given to customers.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with constant introduction of new government policies and requirements
Handle calls during crisis situations and build rapport with the callers and report to supervisors for further action.
Providing feedback on processes, suggesting improvements to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Must be comfortable in handling queries from callers
No experience required as training will be provided
