Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (5 days work week)
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing front-line services to patients
First touch point for pre and post procedures
Collection of payments and provide financial counselling payments
Keep patient records up-to-date, ensuring accuracy and compliance with confidentiality regulations.
Requirements:
minimum 'O' level
proficiency in Microsoft application
Able to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment
