Job Scope

Site Support:

Assist with coordination work, planning and monitoring project site

Reinforce work procedure

Supervise daily site activities

Able to work under pressure, multi-task and manages multiple projects simultaneously

Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives

After-sales service and project reminder

Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants

Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

Provide transportation for appointments and delivery  if needed (+point) ( Van provided!)

Coordinator support:

Data entry, update system

Project documentation and reports

Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health reporting , OT / Location entry

Ensure accurate data input for proceedings

Coordinate between sales to executive to closing to due payment collection

Manage recovery schedule

Provide weekly/monthly reports

Handle confidential and non-routine information and facilitate communication between appropriate teams

Requirements:

? Customer service experience (or) Renovation experience ( REQUIRED )

?  Project coordinator in SG  or construction sector ( REQUIRED )

?  Proficient in English written and spoken

?  6 work day (Sunday Off)

? Valid Driver's license in SG
