Work Location: Queensway
Work duration: 4 months Extendable/Convertible
Working days & Hours : 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)
Job Duties:
Perform general office & admin duties
Handle telephone calls, enquiries and feedback. Record and convey messages, follow up and respond as appropriate.
Collate and update relevant data required by the department for purposes of cost management, improvement and documentation. Some examples of these are the department’s training records, staff costs, cost of services etc
Handle purchase and work requisition processes such as contacting suppliers for quotation.
Prepare and submit claims and records for overtime, public holiday, leave for department staff.
Check and verify invoices and submissions from service partners to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements and pricing
Monitor and collate operations reports on a regular basis and highlight any discrepancies or irregularities to the supervisor.
Requisite, control and maintain good utilization of office supplies in the department.
Write minutes of meetings.
Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
Entry level are welcomed to apply
Min. A Level / GCE O Level
Good with Excel and other MS Office applications
A good understanding of accounting and figures.
Good computer skills in Word, Excel and Power Point.
Good communication and interactive skills.
Able to work independently & willing to learn.
