Responsibilities :
Communicate with our customers via both email and phone calls.
Verify the billing summaries to customers with operational documents.
Perform data processing and transactions on WMS (warehouse management system or customer’s system.
Keep any operational documents properly.
Liaise with operation team members to arrange any inbound / outbound activities within a set timeline.
Immediate reporting to direct superior upon any irregularities
Requirement:
1 years of experience as a warehouse Customer Service Officer or experience in warehouse environment
Basic knowledge / experiences on WMS and documentation.
Experience in MS Office, Pivot Table, Vlookup
Experience with Documentation such as checklists, temperature / RH reports.
Familiar with warehouse operation
