Working hours: (Mon-Fri), 8.30am - 5.30pm
Work Location: Jurong East
Job Scope:
???? Check returned boxes' condition
?? Refurbish reusable boxes daily (including CTWIN’s returned credo)
???? Replenish approved credo to designated area
???? Prepare shipper carton (ambient carton boxes)
???? Check shipment documents & handle marking label preparation
?? Process Pick Orders accurately & timely
???? Package Clinical Trial Materials appropriately
????? Perform Just-In-Time (JIT) Labelling if needed
???? Seal shipment prior to courier pick up
???? Ensure distribution shipment meets OTD & Quality KPIs
???? Assist in destruction Picking & Packing
???? Follow SOP and cGMP standards
???? Maintain warehouse work area cleanliness
???? Support team leader and management with assigned projects.
Requirements:
Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in logistics/warehouse or any discipline
No experience required ; Fresh Graduand are welcomed to join
