Job Description

People

• Demonstrate leadership behaviour and basic people minimums necessary to gain commitment, employee loyalty and morale from team members to run a smooth, profitable kiosks operations

• Knows, enforces and educate team members on all Labour Law, Organization policies, Food Safety, Safety & Security regulations

• Lead the training and development of team to gain productivity and QSC standards

• Complete and present supervisor & crew performance appraisal based on supervisors and crew performance and productivity in a timely manner

Customer Experience / Sales Building and Profitability

• Lead team members to deliver great Food Safety, Quality, Service and Cleanliness to our customers and meet daily, weekly, monthly sales targets

• Conduct Daily FS & QSC checks to ensure standards are in place for good customer experience

• Lead team in implementation of sales building and profit optimization initiatives

Safety & Security

• Lead and implement Safety & Security measures

Administration

• Follow up on daily labour hours are accurately recorded and captured on daily basis

• Follow up on daily POS close to ensure sales, cash and other payments are reconcile

• Conduct inventory stock take and ordering to ensure sufficient supply of raw products for the business with minimize wastage
