Logistics Admin (Singaporean Only /Basic Up to $2700 / Allowance/ AWS / Night Shift / Alps Ave)

Responsibility:

• Communicate with respective parties / stakeholders on inbound and outbound documentation process

• Supervise the loading, off-loading of goods from shipping containers and stacking of the goods in the receiving and dispatching area.

• To build, establish, maintain and improve relationships with customers

• Perform data entry via Integrated Supply Chain Management System & WMS

• Work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely and accurate movements of inventory

• Monitor and follow up closely with customers to resolve inbound and outbound goods discrepancies in a weekly basis

• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and requirements.

• Ensure Permits are declared on time and accurately

• Ensure all billings are done promptly and accurately

• Observe warehouse house-keeping & safety measures.

• Any other duties as assigned

SINGAPOREAN ONLY!!

Requirement:

Minimum O-Level

At least 1 year experience in customer service/warehouse/logistic

Able to maintain accurate and precise records and stores

Familiar with MS Office, WMS, SAP system

Comfortable to work Night Shift (Mon to Fri, 8.30pm to 6.15am) and comfortable to work at Alps Avenue without company transport

Comfortable with warehouse environment
