• Process all shipping orders received in a timely manner
• Assist project manager in updating contract listings, updating checklist, generating reports, scanning and sorting of files.
• Complete documentation and update computer system accurately.
• Prepare relevant documents accordingly to country requirements and client's instructions.
• Complete the distribution check list according to project instructions
