We are looking for a part time Admin Officer, to work from home, 3 days a week. The role offers great opportunity to learn and to apply the many skills of working in office adminstration within an accounting environment.

Roles & Responsibiities :
General Administrative tasks
Maintain proper filing, prepare expenses claims, document processing
Prepare corporate secretarial documents and fiing of annual returns with ACRA
Corppass Administration
Qualifications & Experience :
Minimum O level
Experience in Accounting/Corporate Secretarial preferred but not essential
Knowledge of Word and Excel a must
Other requirements :
Meticulous with strong administrative and organisational skills
Pleasant personality and a team player
