Job Description:
Handle appointment scheduling
Respond to, and follow up on, customers’ inquiries over phone, email and messaging
Process payments and invoices
Provide other ad-hoc frontline support for customers e.g. customer registration
Provide admin support
Requirement:
Experience in healthcare and/or customer service will be advantageous
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Customer-oriented and enjoy interacting with customers through various channels of communication
