OUE Restaurants is launching an exciting nightlife in the 4th quarter of 2023, and we are building a team of like-minded individuals who believe in creating experiences and meaningful connections. Located in the heart of the Central Business District of Singapore and perched at the roof-top bar 282 metres above ground that beckons like a festival in the sky.

You are responsible for day-to-day operations of the club, through implementation, finetuning and management of the most efficient and effective processes and practices across the business to ensure profitability, with the goal of placing and maintaining the club as one of the most sought-after nightlife destinations.

Key Responsibilities

Arrive on duty punctually in a presentable appearance.

Behave in a disciplined, sober, and orderly manner and lead fellow colleagues to provide efficient work within the company.

Assist in organizing workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.

Assist in the implementation of SOPs, service standards, sequence of service and the operational plans.

Participate in any personal development, training, or other programs that the Operations Manager may ask you to take part in.

Ensure the club meets all statutory regulations regarding health, safety, fire, hygiene, licensing, security, and be familiar with all fire and emergency evacuation procedures.

Assist to ensure that the equipment and interiors of the club are always maintained thoroughly in a clean and fully operational manner.

Inventory management of all operating equipment and outlet maintenance.

Delivery of excellent nightlife service with the goal of achieving customer satisfaction.

Carry out any other tasks as reasonably requested by the Management.
