Merchant Relations & Event Coordinator (Financial Services) - UP $3200, Novena, 1 Year WA 98592977

Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor for roadshows/events planning and set-ups

• Source venues for roadshows

• Handle temp staff for bigger roadshows, as and when required

• Conduct onsite visits at roadshow, branches, logistics’ premises, etc.

• Manage and track inventories (e.g. fixtures, uniforms, premiums, gifts)

• Manage landing pages and unique links

• Collate sales acquisitions, referral and premium reports

Requirements:

• Min Diploma holder

• Prefer candidates from Merchant Ops or Account Servicing background

• Would be advantageous to have some events management experience
