Provide direct supervision to associates, ensuring adherence to store policies and procedures.

Uphold high standards of customer service.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations in the retail setting

Interact with customers, address inquiries, and deliver exceptional customer service

Maintain efficient control over inventory management

Perform daily housekeeping tasks

Maintain a positive attitude and prioritize customer satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Aid in arranging shop merchandise displays during new arrivals or store promotions
