???? Assist customers on booking of ActiveSG facilities
???? Ensure customers adhere to the booking terms and conditions and being prompt in their payment
???? Attend to users’ feedback, queries, request for quotations and complaints
???? To follow-thru any booking requests received (end-to-end process)
???? Assist to perform user administration and system tests for the mobile application
Requirements
???? Microsoft Office and Excel
???? Customer Service Background
???? Good writing and communication skills
???? 2 years of experience in customer service
???? Prior experience with facility bookings is preferred.
Salary and Benefits
????$2,600 - $3,000 Per Month
???? 14 days of Annual Leaves and 14 days of MC
