Job Description:
As a Call Centre Executive, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing concierge-style assistance over the phone. Duties include handling inbound calls, recording details accurately, and ensuring prompt follow-up by relevant departments.
Requirements:
Preference given to those with strong tech-savvy skills
No prior experience required; students are encouraged to apply
