Admin Assistant (Part-time | 6 months | Renewable) WA 98973163
Location: Bukit Merah
Working days: Mon to Wed + Sat half day
Working Hours:
For the 1st -2 months
• Weekdays: 10am – 6pm
• Saturdays: 9am – 2pm
For the 3rd- 6th months
• Weekdays: 12pm – 8pm
• Saturdays: 9am – 2pm
Responsibilities:
• Endorsing Certificate of Origin(CO) and Electronic Certificate of Origin(ECO) & other supporting trade documents
• Daily closing and preparing daily and monthly reports for CO and ECO and also sales forms.
• Daily filing of documents.
• Archive of documents.
• CO Telemarketing via phone, fax, and emails and also attending to walk-in customers and phone inquiries.
Requirements
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification
• Proficient in office management software and tools
• Outstanding communication and organizational abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy
• Experience or familiarity with standardization processes would be advantageous
