Job Description:


Greet customers genuinely, warmly and professionally, and determine the nature and purpose of their visit.

Handle customer requests and enquiries confidently to ensure complete customer satisfaction both online and on-site.

Assist customers with their bookings.

Familiarise customers with the store's facilities and amenities.

Receive and usher guests, including serving beverages.

Register customers’ data and manage records via the online system.

Take and resolve feedback or complaints from customers, and be open to constructive criticism.

Prepare the store and workstations by ensuring they are clean and well-stocked for the next customers to use.

Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards in compliance with relevant laws, rules, and regulations.

Replenish stocks, check inventory, and perform cleaning duties.

Participate in events and provide support with ad-hoc duties as needed.

Job Requirements:


Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people in a professional, positive, and courteous manner.

Passionate and initiative about delivering warm and positive customer service.

Fluency in English and either Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese is preferred.

Proficient in computer skills.

Prior experience in the beauty industry is preferred, but not required.

Comfortable working retail operational hours, including weekends and public holidays.
