Overview of this role

As a Marketing Executive, your core responsibility will be to utilise your digital marketing skills to support prospecting efforts. This may involve creating content to utilise social media platforms to attract potential recruits and gain awareness. 

On top of that, you will be working closely with the director and the support team to meet day-to-day operational taskings and administrative duties focused on insurance operations. Such as corresponding with other departments in seeking clearance for marketing materials and preparing presentation slides and materials for meetings and presentations.

To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information. Your proficiency in digital marketing will be a valuable asset, enabling you to contribute effectively to the company's marketing and growth strategies.

Requirements:

Willingness to learn 

Meticulous, proactive, goal driven & people-oriented 

Good analytical skills

Well organized 

Knowledge and proficiency in editing tools (Canva, photoshop etc.) 

Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office

knowledge and proficiency in Social Media platforms (Instagram, Linkedin, etc)

Previous experience in administrative support roles or knowledge of Insurance Operations and Processes is not required but will be an advantage.
