Gross Monthly Salary around $2,900

$2,500-$2,700 Basic + about $200 Monthly Incentives + OT Pay (if required) + Variable Bonus

MUST be able to speak Mandarin Chinese to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients

MUST possess Receptionist/Customer Service experience(s) in the following industries:

Beauty/Skincare/Slimming/Aesthetics

Hospitality/Hotel

Simple Job Scope

Convenient Location: orchardgateway @ Somerset

Work 5-days per week (including weekends)

Working Hours: 10am - 8pm or 11am - 9pm (1-hr Lunch provided)

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Front-Desk Customer Service

• Reply to email enquiries and answer telephone calls (training provided)

• Secure and Schedule Appointments

• Perform Cashiering and Administrative duties like Registration, Queue Control and Stock-Taking

• Maintain cleanliness of front counter
