Public Relation Officer 

Location : Holland Village

Working hours : 5 days work week, Monday - Friday : 11.00an-10.00pm, Saturday - if required

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5200+ AWS + Bonus +Transport claim provided + Meal provided

Main Responsibilities:

Greet guests as they arrive and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Engage with guests throughout their visit, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Anticipate guests' needs and go above and beyond to exceed their expectations.

Foster positive relationships with regular patrons and VIP guests, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.

Accompany CEO to client meeting or visits

Requirements:

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or guest relations preferred.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations and adapt to changing environments.

Passion for nightlife and entertainment, with a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for guests.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Comfortable in handling alcohol products 

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
