Job Description

Accounts cum Admin Assistant (AR/AP/GST)

 Location : Bukit Merah (3 bus stops from Tiong Bahru MRT) 

 Working hours : 5 days work week: Monday- Friday: 8.30am – 6.00pm 

 Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3200 basic + Variable Bonus + Medical 

 Duration : Permanent

 Industry : Quantifying System

 

 

Main Responsibilities:

 


Cash Book and Bank Reconciliation

AP & AR inclusive of issuing of invoice and purchase order

Payments and Collections

Inventory

Quarterly GST Reporting

Project Costing

Journal Entries, General Ledge

Liaise with Company Auditor.

Accounting Reports

Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and internal control

standards

Liaising with external parties such as tax agent, bankers and other regulatory bodies/authorities

Administrative and other ad-hoc duties

 

 

Requirements:

 


Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only

Min LCCI Higher Accounting Cert and above

Minimum 1 to 2 years related experiences, experience with full set of accounts is added advantage

Knowledge of Malaysia & Indonesia Accounts
