Marketing Assistant Manager – Up to $5,800 - Ubi

Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.00PM
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,800 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Responsibilities:
Develop strategies for maximizing brand visibility, recognition and engagement during trade shows and/or for overall branding
Conceptualize, plan, and execute engaging events aligned with the brand's image and goals
Develop and implement effective public relations launch strategies for new products, services, or initiatives while evaluating the success through post-event analysis
Cultivate media relationships to secure coverage and manage press releases. Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers
Craft clear and compelling copy for various mediums, including social media, blog posts, and newsletters
Act as a spokesperson for the brand and facilitate media interviews when necessary. Act swiftly to manage and mitigate potential public relations crises
Develop and implement a robust CRM loyalty program to enhance customer retention and engagement. Analyze customer data to tailor loyalty initiatives for maximum impact
Devise and execute digital marketing campaigns while extablishing partnerships to generate leads for hair services & trade events to drive sales
Optimize promotional activities to increase footfall and customer satisfaction
Utilize SEO, social media, and other digital channels to drive online engagement
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
Minimum 5 years of related work experience in FMCG or beauty industry
Proven experience in marketing roles, with a strong background in trade and retail marketing, branding, lead generation & CRM
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
