Restaurant Manager / Supervisor - Up to $4200 - CENTRAL/EAST
Location: Various locations - central and east region
Working hours: 5 or 6 days and working hours (depending on roster)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4200 + AWS + 14 days Annual leave + Transport Allowance (after 12am)

Responsibilities:
Responsible for smooth and efficient running of the daily operations
Achieve sales goals through operational performance and implementing cost-control measures
Follow closely to human resource standards, safety and security
Ensure high standards of performance, appearance and behaviour at all times
Ensure sufficient stocks for daily operations
Maintain high standards of quality control and hygiene
Collect and respond to customer’s feedback and complaints
Recruit, train, develop and manage staff
Ensure sufficient staffing for Daily operations (Weekly duty roster & Daily station plan)
To prepare and execute events in the outlet
Assisting in planning beverage and wine menu
Responsible for monthly Inventory submission
To manage Epoint, record new items into POS terminal, Stock Explosion etc
Generating monthly reports (Monthly Consolidations, Food, Beverage Sales, Lunch and Dinner Covers etc.)
Responsible for cash bank-in
Requirements:
Comfortable serving alcohol
Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in F&B (Assistant Manager/Manager)
Food hygiene certification is an added advantage however not a must
