Job Highlights:

Health Attendant (Housekeeping/Part-Time/$10/hr)

$10/hr

3 to 4 days per week (8 Hours or 12 Hours Shift)

Accessible to MRT Station (Central)

1 Year-Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparation and serving of meals to patients

Prepare beverage and replenishment of patient water jugs

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of ward pantry and fridge

Assist in proper storage of linen and other ward supplies in appropriate places and report shortage to Staff Nurse / Nursing Officer

Topping up / Distribution of Personal Protective Equipment supplies and pyjamas

Perform bed discharge cleaning after patient discharge and / or transfers at night

Collect and clean patients’ vomit receptacles, urinals, commodes or bedpans

Perform general cleaning when required – clear rubbish, clean ward, visitors’ lift lobby, toilets, wheelchairs, medicine trolleys, cardiac tables, nurse counters, utensils, patient trolleys and computer-on-wheels (COWS)

Assist nursing to look after fall risk patients when necessary

Assist in patient transfer

Replenishment of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), hand rub and Critical Care (CC) Carts

Any other department – specific support duties required

Requirements:

No experience is required as training will be provided.
