Beauty Consultant – Up to $3,000 Basic - Orchard
Location : Orchard
Working hours : 5.5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 10.00AM to 7.00PM, Saturdays: 10.00AM to 4.00PM
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 Basic + Commission + 14 Days Annual Leave + AWS + Performance Bonus + Medical & Dental Benefits

Responsibilities:
Handle all pre/post procedures care, registration, and counselling.
Prepare all the necessary forms required prior to medical aesthetic procedure
Serve clientele in all aspects of treatments.
Maintain order of patient cards and manage patient entries and appointments in Plato system.
Recommend and promote appropriate aesthetic treatments to patients.
Assist in inventory, ordering, & database management (purchase order entry)
Assist in maintaining quality service standards.
?Replying to patient enquiries (Phone call, WhatsApp, Facebook)
?Teamwork with Manager and therapists.
Ad hoc duties assigned by the Clinic Manager.
Requirements:
Must have prior related experience in sales role in beauty aesthetic industry
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
